"I read recipes the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and think,
'Well, that's not going to happen.'"

I must tell you that I am NOT a chef.
I look for easy recipes with as few ingredients as possible.
This way I have few groceries to store and/or throw out from lack of use.
You will, however, find some rather exotic recipes that have been posted or recommended by friends.
You will also find some of the simplest recipes from my favorite chefs.
I have them here for easy access.
I am constantly adding recipes, so check back often.


Value of the Recipes = the amount time saved (most are simple).
Value of the Ingredients = the amount of money saved (most have few ingredients).
